Resident Boundary Students K-5
Residency Requirements
Residence is defined as the place where the student actually sleeps each night.
The following do not qualify as a residence:
-
Vacant properties
-
Homes under construction or not yet habitable
-
A relative’s home where the parent/guardian and student do not live full-time (for example, a grandparent’s home where a student stays occasionally)
Please note: School administration may conduct unannounced home visits at any time to verify residency.

⚠️ Residence Falsification Policy
- Submitting falsified documents will result in denial of enrollment or immediate disenrollment to the student’s school of residence.
- Families who submit false documentation may not apply for an Intra-District Permit for one calendar year.
